"This hotel is hard to review as the actual accommodation is very nice but the location is not. The room was lovely but finding the hotel in the first place was an unwelcome challenge at the end of an already stressful trip. Eyes of Egypt is the top floor of an unmarked derelict building, there is no signage out on the street and it’s located right next to a busy bus station so lots of noise. "The hotel was beautiful the staff attentive but not intrusive. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but have every intention of returning for a longer stay. The room was large, super clean and the bed comfortably with a good mattress. While we didn’t get a change to use the pool, we did have a walk around it and it looked clean and well maintained. We dined in the food was fresh and plenty of choice. We took advantage of the breakfast and there was plenty of choice and the pastries were fresh and tasty. The scrambled eggs delicious and fluffy. The pancake’s were the same. The staff were there when needed but not hovering over you. Discreet and polite. Overall I’d recommend a stay at this hotel. "
