"Enjoyed looking at waterfront and all available within walking distance. Only staff engaging with guests was the gentleman seating us for breakfast; everyone else was serious and quick in response. Our room had a musty smell by the door to balcony and there was no signage stating that what was in the mini bar had a fee associated. The inside of room for storage - closets was dated. Hotel was clean and gave nice presentation in lobby, hallways. Restaurant was very good for dinner. Breakfasts...

"Overall nice place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We got there in the morning and they didn't have any early check in but did hold our luggage so we could go out until the room was ready. We had breakfast included and the food was average. Housekeeping took our extra keycard that we left in the light switch every time they came in. It is an extra cost to use the jacuzzi and sauna area. Not all the jets worked in one of the jacuzzi's. On our 2nd to last night we noticed the a/c was leaking....

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, the room was clean and very nice, and the location is walkable to so much. The restaurant, the pool, the bar... everything was excellent. No complaints about anything. We well definitely stay here again when we return to Ponta Delgada. "
