Also, the receptionist day time top man Ganti, is very polite and provides high-quality service and night time Vikhan professional work and kind too. "Stayed for 5 nights. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Nisha who made sure that we were happy with our room. The panoramic suite was wonderful. The only problem for us was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Unfortunately for the last 2 nights we had neighbours who blared the TV constantly all day from 5am. The other slight let down was the children in the spa pool which is the only in door pool. However the hotel does seem to be geared towards families. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with fabulous food. "
