"I had a 4 nights stay and it was conveniently close to what we needed to do. Kevin and Laura @ the reception were great. The housekeeper on floor 11th was nice and hard working. Wonderful customer service. At the restaurant the morning buffet was delicious however the staff needs more training in customer service. No eye contact with customers, no attention to details like bringing water or asking if we need anything. We had to get our own water, coffee, juice etc Other than that was a wonderful experience. "

"Rooms were very clean, and property is well-maintained. The convenience of the connected shopping center with excellent and additional food and entertainment options was a huge plus. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. I traveled with my two children, and we felt completely safe at this location. Another added benefit was there is a grocery store right across the street. I would definitely recommend this location."
