"I will start off saying the view was amazing. Nothing else is good. The place is a house that is mismanaged and filthy. It's not a resort. There is garbage and junk all over. See pics. Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included"

"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "The hotel is very nice, cozy, clean, and the staff is incredible. The breakfast is good, sufficient, and delicious. The food in general is delicious, but we didn't like a couple of dishes we tried. The wings were very ugly, and the chicken tortilla soup was delicious, but I ordered it twice and it came out cold. I would return to this hotel; it's very nice."
