"The cleaning staff were excellent, replaced our towels and bottles of water every day without being asked to. All the staff from reception, bar staff and buffet were friendly and helpful. Choice of food at the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever experienced and there was plenty off it and as soon as one food was done it was replaced immediately."

"Is in a good location not far away from the train station then the little bit of noise from the trains staff warm and friendly only downsize was a deposit for mini bar about ten pound in our money this should have been noted before arrival also add to pay by card so make sure you have a card which can take foreign currency or otherwise you may be charged for this inconvenience"
