"Very friendly and helpful reception counter staffs. Stefan even offered us bottled water when we were checking out for us to stay hydrated. The hotel is very near the train station and easy to wheel luggage from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is just opposite Migros and there is also a side entrance to the train station platform from there. Very convenient esp if it is raining. "The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "
