"Assured me early check in via email for after my 10 hour flight, once I got there to check in at the time they stated they told me they actually couldn't offer early check-in and offered me an open upgraded room at a discounted price, I paid for said upgrade just to get into a room as I was exhausted. However, they once I was charged they didn't give me the discount that was promised, and they charged me twice on top of it. Two separate charges in my bank account, I've called numerous times and...
