We loved the Hotel. Right from the start it is beautiful. Check-in was easy. We were upgraded when we mentioned it was our anniversary and they brought us a gift to our room. They went above and beyond. The location is right in the middle of everything. Riverwalk, restaurants, Alamo, Shopping, activities are all in walking distance. Historic property in Riverwalk area. Very lovely. The public park across the street has a lot of homeless folks loitering.

The amenities are top tier, dining was delicious even in the hotel. Our room was perfect for the four of us and the views were amazing, I recommend adding a small microwave if possible. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and we were able to order snacks and drinks to the pool from the hotel restaurant. i loved this hotel it was awesome it made our vacation stay much better . we walked to the river walk alamo historic market square even to eat. there is a lot do to very close by the hotel . i would recommend this hotel didn’t have any problem at all rooms where clean and neat.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex, she had a wonderful smile, got us checked in, offered the application for the Marriott card, briefly explained the benefits of the having the card. All of this was done in a very friendly and cheerful voice. All of this assured that this was the right place for us to stay. As of this write up, we’re on our second day due to an unexpected incident in the family. However, all is well, we know we are at the right place for resting.

We were so happy we decided to stay at Aloft! The beds were super soft! The decor and atmosphere are definitely geared towards the younger traveler in their 20's and 30's. Even though my husband and I are older, we still enjoyed the funky vibe, as did our 13 year old daughter. She loved it! Great hotel at a great price too. Very clean, good breakfast, staff was kind and very helpful. My husband and i really enjoyed our 4 day stay. Down the street from heb and several restaurants. Short drive from down town. No complaints at all.
