"We had a great time at Patacona. We appreciate all the assistance we received from the office and Eva personally. The area is very safe, beach and surroundings are amazing. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk. We didn't need a car, but there is parking available. There are many restaurants, fruteria and supermarkets close by. We stayed at #3/2 apartment. It was very clean and spacious. The only one problem we had were keys. First of all, we had just one set, so, we had to always go together...

We stayed at the Valencia property and Toni (front desk staff member) was exemplary in his ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service and consistently ensured our satisfaction throughout our stay.
