This place was perfect for our trip to Shere, Surrey. The staff was super friendly, nice & professional. The pub was perfect, the outdoor space by the water was charming, the rooms & bed super comfortable. It was very lively as they had trivia night & locals joined. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and we had a very relaxing visit. I liked the proximity in the town and the Mandolay is a full service boutique hotel.

Beautiful is a short word to describe the hotel. We really loved it, a little far from the city (40min by train) but it's totally worth it. In fact, it is the perfect opportunity to get to know the "non-tourist" part of the city. We would definitely return!

This was an absolutely gorgeous property. The room was huge and the staff was incredibly helpful. We were there on an off night so we had the place to ourselves. The sun room had amazing views of the vineyard and was perfect in the morning for breakfast. I would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel location and availability were an excellent choice for our long flight layover. Check in was easy even though our flight was very late, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in quickly and get right to sleep. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.

I had an amazing stay and was upgraded for free. I also enjoyed the welcome back to the hotel surprise. This is very organized and beautiful hotel. I always enjoy my stay. The customer service is excellent.

Amazing hotel with some very nice touches. The US socket in the room was very helpful. The breakfast was top rate - better than most US hotels. Such a perfect place for our first couple days of our trip to London.

The hotel is old but well maintained and charming. The back garden is lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
