"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was cleaned well every day, and we were generally satisfied with the food. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The dessert shop and the dessert selection were quite limited and a little disappointing. There were also many areas of the resort under construction, which took away from the overall experience. With so much construction going on, it also felt like some of the dining options and food variety may have been more limited than usual. Another thing we noticed was that as our checkout date got closer, basic room items such as cups and towels were not consistently replenished. The service was very good at the beginning of our stay, so it was disappointing to see the attention to these small details decline toward the end. Overall, we really appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms, and good food. We enjoyed our stay, but the ongoing construction and a few service details left us feeling that there was still some room for improvement."

"Excellent property! Tons to do. I found the hotel to be in need of maintenance! The pools were not very clean. Also, we had a bad experience on our last night with a weird chemical odor in our room. The hotel was quick to change our room which was appreciated but that raised a red flag for us on the maintenance of the property and the safety of the systems."
