"The house was lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. It is in a tranquil village and has plentiful off-road parking. The garden has an excellent view and is so peaceful to sit in. There is a park 2 minutes down the lane, a football field, and if you continue down the lane, there is a pond and a lovely walk around it. It was perfectly located between all the walking areas I wanted to see and complete. When we arrived there was bread, milk and some treats waiting...

"A much-needed and wonderfully relaxing stay at Hideaway Cottage. The cottage is a true hideaway, tucked away up a little lane with a beautiful little garden which was full of flowers. It was very peaceful, virutally all we heard was the sound of birds and church bells. "We loved our 2 rooms here. Beds were super comfortable, amenities were fantastic, food was tasty, we liked the history and decor, & we had great rooms with garden views. It was also nice to say someplace right next to the train station (especially since we brought my senior parents) and have the option of leaving luggage and exploring the city before check in / not taking your luggage all over town. For those driving, the car park / parking lot seem to be large enough to accommodate many visitors. "
