The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "We stayed at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy for our last two days in Bangkok, and it was a great choice for our family of four (two adults and two 11-year-olds). The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a family. There was plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly service-minded, always willing to help. The location is convenient, close to public transportation, high-end malls, and surrounded by an international crowd. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley, which can sometimes feel a bit unsafe due to Bangkok’s fast and busy traffic. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, family-friendly hotel and we would still highly recommend it."
