"Perfection. A pristine hotel with lots of traditional charm and features. The rooms are generously sized with excellent bathrooms. The restaurant and bar La Cupula is one of the most beautiful rooms to dine in. We visited for a special occasion and didn’t want to leave!"

"Nice and clean room, perfect for me and my boyfriend. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We had an early flight and our room wasnt ready yet so we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go out to explore a bit. After we came back, we got our key and were told that our bags were waiting for us in our room! We really appreciated that small gesture especially since we’ve stayed at other 4 star/more expensive hotels before where the staff didn’t do this for us. We would happily come back here the next time we visit Madrid. "

"Lovely hotel, great room and staff. Breakfast was superb every day. My only gripe was it can be quite noisy. We were at the front if the hotel, the windows cut out a lot, but could still hear traffic and people outside and busy times (it was a busy time ) and we could also hear people in the next room at times. Tea facilities in the room would have been nice also. Other than that, location is excellent."
