"Lovely hotel. Simple buy some

touches. We had a Jr suite and it was a very good size. 24hr coffee machine in dining area with free coffee, tea and biscuits and wine in the afternoon. Would absolutely recommend it. We found a huge range of non touristy restaurants within a ten minute walk. "

"I stayed in a newly renovated 7th floor room with a private terrace with views of Madrid and an outdoor shower, table with chairs and umbrella/sun shade. The room was great. It had an ironing board with iron, mini-fridge,

tub, tea kettle, views from the bathroom and bedroom, external shutters for light blocking and as an extra barrier against street noise—however, noise was never a problem. I slept super-well. The 7th floor is the top floor so you also needn’t worry about noise from above....

"Good location (we wanted to be near Atocha train station and don't mind walking to reach attractions). Room was very clean and the bed fairly comfortable. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. However, the first room we were given had a broken bed. We were moved to another room without any fuss, but that room smelled of stale smoke and had a broken door handle on the bathroom. Noise from the neighbouring room was very loud, we were able to identify what they were watching on TV and listen...
