"This was excellent! Perfect 2 minute walk to downtown Banff. Bus right outside, roam transit. Coffee shop next door White Bark was excellent. Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer, room was great, balcony view was lovely and property parking was easily found and free with lots of spaces. Loved it! "

"I believe your experience will not be the same if you dont stay at Fairmont Banff. The view from our room was worth it alone. Fantastic service. Easy walk or bus to town. Would recommend signing up for tours in advance. Better to join tours rather than renting a car and doing on your own. We also arranged a private tour which is a great option as well. Cant imagine any rating less than a 5!"

"Location was great - walkable to shopping and dining. Room was clean - could use a fold out luggage stand or two. Hot tub worked well - tub and surrounding tile probably could use a good powerwash.Would be nice if onsite restaurant (The Meatball) added some variety other than just pizza and pasta."
