"Had a great stay. Staff welcomed us on arrival and assisted us with bags from the car even in the rain without any request. All staff were really helpful and lent us umbrellas due to wet weather. Room was lovely and spacious and was clean. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was plentiful with good choice and very tasty. The hotel is doing some renovations but it had no effect on our stay. Would definitely look to stay again "

"The receptionist Adam was absolutely fabulous. Not only did he assist us but was observed helping other guests even when he was away from the desk (on his break).. The buffet dinner and the breakfast had a good selection and was plentiful so you could choose how big or small a portion suits you"

"I stayed here for two nights away on business. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The facilities are fantastic. If you get to use the pool and gym etc. they are very good and worth a bit of time. Especially at the end of a long day. Parking is very convenient and the staff are helpful and professional. One of the best village hotels I’ve been too. "

"The staff were lovely The public toilets were very smelly. The rooms needed tlc especially bathrooms Horrendously uncomfortable bed and pillows. Strong smell of cleaning fluid"
