Cute place just very noisy & no hot water

Not sure where to begin. This may be the most unique hotel/Inn we’ve ever experienced. Every detail of the place was restored to perfection. The style oozes out of every corner. The Pub is quintessential with a great mix of locals and guests. However, the star attraction are the people who work there. We first met Troy at 2am when we arrived to a problem in the room. He could not have been more caring, compassionate or accommodating. All he focused on was getting us settled given how late we...

All great

Perfect for the O2. Cosy friendly pub and rooms. Nice meal. And we'll equipped and nicely styled rooms. Will stay here for the next concert at the dome

Vastly improved rooms, especially the bathrooms, since we last stayed and the dining is very good.

Fantastic hotel. Super easy commute to London Victoria from the Wallington train station 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful. Wonderful modern rooms with a bathroom to die for. Amazing rain shower head, ultra modern. Would loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommend. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Fantastic menu and great full breakfast included. Love the heated cabana's in the beer garden. Great to sit outside even if there is a few drops of rain. Very...

Loved it. We were in room one and it was steps from the pub/restaurant. room was nice. And staff was very friendly.

Our stay here was very nice. We stayed for a night, plus 2 more as our flight was cancelled. The staff and service was excellent! They took great care of us, and having a fun pub with good food right below was just what we needed.

Breakfast was terrific-I ordered off the menu-no problem -avocado on toast with bacon. Beautifully presented and delicious to eat. thank you

The property is very charming, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering being located in a busy area. The room and bathroom are more spacious than they appear in the online pictures and very cozy. Snacks, water, and tea/coffee in the room were a nice touch. They’ve thought of everything to make the stay easy and hassle free. Lastly the staff is great and good in the downstair bar is delicious.

Our first trip to London and would stay here again for sure!

The staff was courteous and helpful during our short stay. The pub/inn atmosphere was wonderful.

So lovely I want to keep it a secret. Room was charming, staff warm and helpful. A gem.

Only a few rooms and on the Common, nice and quiet for a pub. Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is included, but full cooked breakfast available for charge.

Loved our stay! Very cozy and clean!

The staff is the best!!! The hotel has a modern feel, very clean and comfortable -- the room and shower were a bit small but functional. We loved our stay of three nights and will return...great location as well.
