"This was an amazing home for our family. I would highly recommend it for many reasons. The communication with Kelly & Georgina before & during our stay was awesome! We were even notified of a turtle release that was taking place outside of the home. The house was perfect for 4 grown children as each bedroom had its own private bath. My “office” was on the rear deck with breathtaking views of the ocean. Being able to walk onto the beach each morning to exercise was a dream. The pool & slide were so much fun for the kids (and us parents! ). We walked around the neighborhood & saw monkeys which was so cool. The nightly sunsets were breathtaking. There are many local restaurants near the home even though the home is tucked away from anything commercialized. The local people were so friendly. "

"It is true this is off the beaten track and very quiet except the dogs barking at 3am. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was crawling with ants. there were 2 holes in the wall that the ants were crawling out of. The property manager's solution was to use a can of raid and duck tape the holes. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1 night. We found much more comfortable accommodations in Tamarindo. The pictures on the website are not an accurate reflection of the current place. There are more trees, the ocean is barely visible from the balcony and you cannot see the building from the beach. "
