"Lovely quiet garden area with pool for relaxing. Light airy mezzanine apartment with garden view. Few more coat hangers needed and coasters to protect furniture from hot drinks. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby street but not noisy, lovely few days stay."

"Very nice, clean, quiet and roomy apartment. Very comfortable beds. 15 minute walk to downtown Porto area. Grocery store nearby as wall as Metro. Great Korean restaurant and pastry shop 2 minutes away. "

"The location is great as it's less than a five minute walk to restaurants and shops. The room we had was okay it was very small. There was no room to put your suitcases, etc. The bathroom lighting was terrible as most hotels/other are. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite good. We enjoyed our stay in Porto. "The apartment is in good location, closed to most attractions. Ten minutes walk to Sao Bento train station. Nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. Someone is waiting in the apartment for check in and service is good. Disadvantage is the windows are facing busy street which is very noisy."

"Terrible apartment. Terrible service. Check-iin was very difficult and the room was mis-described. We left and did not even stay. Several guests were complaining at the same time. There was no reception, it is being decorated. It is all remote from Spain. I am awaiting a refund. Worst experience ever on Hotels.com"
