"It was a nice hotel very convenient to all the tourist spots and central London. However, service wasn’t up to the mark. They offered me 10 bucks to not have cleaning service which I politely declined. As soon I ended bathroom, they had a hair in sink. First night, someone knocked on my door at 10:30 at night to clean the room and woke me up. Next day, cleaning crew left a used cleaning glove near the TV. They also didn’t replace the towels or clean the room."

"Very nice and reasonably priced hotel across from LHR. Surprisingly quiet. Hotel was very good for overnight prior to early morning departure. Very limited storage space for longer stay. Prepare for the sticker shock for Uber or Taxi for the under 2 mile trip to T5 ($30+)."

"The hotel itself is in a great location and it has everything you need it’s clean and the staff are nice. However I will say it’s pretty basic inside, and I didn’t think the no window would bother me but I did a little. However I knew it was a windowless room when I booked. The beds are uncomfortable and you have to pay for extras you’d typically get for free in other hotels. For example I had a late train home and they charge you £15 per item to use the luggage room. Usually I wouldn’t bother but it was the hottest day of the year and didn’t want to carry my bags round London for the day until I had my train home However overall for the price you pay for the middle of London it has all you need really being a bed to sleep in and a place to shower although very basic inside."
