Had requested a high floor in my reservation but was placed below the lobby overlooking what seemed like the personnel parking lot, which was a bit of a bummer. "Lovely old Victorian house run by a delightful family. Our room was spacious and charming. "Home now after a very enjoyable weekend stay at The Imperial Hotel to celebrate a friend’s birthday and retirement. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made us and our friends feel very welcome and not like we were ‘just another guest’.
