Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

Excellent from start to finish. Slippers in the room, reasonable price bar and breakfast. Clean and has everything in the room like iron, hair dryer, vanity pack and shower cap, soap. Great customer service

We were skeptic on the location at first but once we got to the neighborhood and hotel, it was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the tube station as well as Big Ben, the locations was excellent. Hotel offers a nice view of Parliament building and the downtown city area. You can also explore some nice pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Grocery stores are also within walking distance. Topping it off is the rooftop restaurant which is very lively and offering some of the best views of...

We loved our stay at Luna Simone. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate my family. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Kitchenette and washer/dryer is a plus…. Easy access to Tower bridge , Borough Market, Shard and 15 minutes away from train…

Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.

It was a beautiful hotel! Just down the street from Westminster Abbey. Excellent breakfast. Towel warmer in the bathroom. It was absolutely lovely!

We booked this property last minute, due to not liking the original hotel we booked using points. It ended up being great! Walking distance to the tower bridge and the Tower of London. Many nearby restaurants, and loads of public transportation options. Only negative would be room size. You really had no where to put your clothes other than hanging them up. A small dresser would be appreciated. We had a King deluxe room

We loved eveything about The Tommyfield! The staff are lovely. The food is delicious. It's in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but very close to a tube station and walking distance to Southbank. We will be back!

Great hotel and Staff. But it is out of the way from nearest train station from where one can connect to all major tourist attractions.
