"Turns out the beautiful studio you book online IS NOT the place actually booked. When called the host to find out, we were offered a refund, which was of no help as there was no other accommodation available in town. Cleaners had just left, the smell of bleach was much better than the smell they were trying to overpower. We had to purchase vicks to use to breath and there is no way you can to take photos of smell sadly. Glasses, crockery and cutlery dirty with no dishwashing liquid or...

"Couldn’t have asked for a more ideal place to stay. Perfect location for us to attend a wedding in Amersham which was the reason for the stay. The apartment was spotless, decorated lovely, had everything you could need. Jeraldine couldn’t have been more helpful whenever I messaged. Overall a brilliant stay."

"Had quite a few issues with the property most of which were not fixed. Didn’t get any WiFi throughout my time at the property which fair I was refunded for. Had to sleep on a bed which was broken , which I told the owner about but was not fixed. I only got a call on the day before my listing was finished to fix the bed. The place where the bins are deposited was never cleared throughout the listing (5 weeks) so was full of bins and was starting to smell."
