However, when we arrived at the pool it was unfortunately very unclean with brown scum around the water level line, someone had even scrawled in writing in the oily residue. Horrible smell around the poolside and the water so murky you couldn't see to the bottom. Room was OK, bed comfortable enough. We didn't book for dinner and got turned away, which was disappointing. Breakfast OK. "

The swimming pool was in a very poor condition — the water was visibly dirty, with dust and hair floating on the surface, which was extremely off-putting. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including a bathrobe and slippers. When I requested these, I was told that none were available due to the hotel being busy, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standards I would expect."
