STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of Wine. 4. A Concierge does not have the role of a Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc. 5. "The hotel is well located within Lyndhurst and for the New Forest. Staff are polite and friendly, there is large car park for the hotel. Good Breakfast, from continental to full English. Our room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. "
