"This hotel is perfect if you are attending the fair at Tuyap fair center. When Mr. Tufan from the reception desk saw that I waited a bit long on the check-in que, he upgraded my reservation from standart double room to suite. He was so kind and helpful like all the other hotel crew. I’ve had a wonderful stay there. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."

"The room was cold even with the heat going. Did not get housekeeping on one day. This was convenient only due to the fact that it was the next building to where my relatives were for my visit. Room looks sterile, almost like a hospital, but space was decently thought out. Wi-Fi did not work for me in the room; but common area was filled with students hanging out so didn't spend time there to try."
