"We checked in to stay for 2 nights and the AC was broken, we asked the hotel to fix it or change the room. No one cared or dud anything to help us ... We complained to hotels.com on our first night and the customer service agent did not do anything to help. So we decided to leave the hotels after our first horrible night."

"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."

"the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious with very good amenities. Some recommendations to make it better. In the breakfast area, juice should not be prefilled into cups but in a big bottle where guests can fill themselves. Add a station to cook eggs and add more diversity of croissants, etc. "

"Just got back from another stay at this Hotel, would recommend this Hotel, very helpful staff, rooms are excellent, breakfast is served on the 6th floor that has a fantastic panoramic view of the sea , where the food is great, plenty of choice, will definitely stay there again."
