"The check in was a bit confusing. There were no staff at the pool or service at all at the pool. It was a trek to the bar and tiu had to carry your drinks on a tray down stairs and in the lift !! Mojito was not right, not enough sugar or lime. Pillows in the bedroom were too big and we couldn't get the tv to work. There seemed to be an absence of staff. Not great coffee at breakfast, it tasted like nescafe. "

"Since we nooked the property everything went smoothly. Owner Manuela and her son waited for us for late check-in as we had late evening flight. Menuela made us cake (soft and yummy) and gave some port wine. Property was clean and comfortable. Having air conditioning in all bedrooms helped as it was hot.
