Front desk staff are very friendly and more responsive but housekeeping is terribly inconsistent - room wasn't even fully clean up on arrival, and there were stains on carpet and chair. "The check in was a bit confusing. There were no staff at the pool or service at all at the pool. It was a trek to the bar and tiu had to carry your drinks on a tray down stairs and in the lift !! Mojito was not right, not enough sugar or lime. Pillows in the bedroom were too big and we couldn't get the tv to work. There seemed to be an absence of staff. Not great coffee at breakfast, it tasted like nescafe. "
