"The apartment was spacious and amazing with a lovely view of canal and square. The area was a little more out of the way so nice and quiet. Getting in with the Bluetooth key was a bit unsettling and didn’t work right away. We were constantly worried about it working because it took several seconds to open the door. The water pressure on main floor shower was poor but master bedroom was fine. Overall would come again"

"Check in was really bad. I got to the hotel at about 3pm and thought I had been scammed because there was no sign outside at all and I knocked on a door but had no reply. I phoned them and someone shouted at me and hung up. I emailed them and waited outside for about 30 minutes, not sure what to do and worried I was completely screwed for the next few nights. Eventually a random neighbour happened by, they let me in and phoned the hotel owners and passed on the information that my key would be...

"This is a charming "bed and breakfast" experience. The family who runs it and the other staff are beyond incredible. We felt like family while we stayed there! We were taken care of from start to finish with incredible breakfasts, cappuccinos, recommendations and even private tours. This is the only spot I will stay next time I am in Venice!"

"Wonderful stay! Rooms are super clean, service and communication on how to get to the hotel when you arrive in Venice is awesome! The small breakfast with coffee, juice and a croissant is a beautiful touch. Great location away from the action but close enough that you’re only a few minutes walk. 3 floors to carry suitcases…not an issue for us and hey it’s Venice so best know about this rather than being disappointed when you arrive! Highly recommended!"

"Not sure this hotel actually exists. A sign on the door (which looks like an abandoned location) tells you to go next store to register at another hotel. Lots of steps, ask for a lower floor if possible. . Very good breakfast. Great location."

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "
