The manager Mavi was very sweet and helpful. She made the check in process very simple, answered any of our questions, and gave us recommendations of places to visit. The property was on a beautiful vineyard with a gorgeous view. I highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were kind, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The amenities were all great, including the gym, padel courts and pool. The gym has fantastic treadmills and an impressive selection of weight machines if that’s your thing. My only suggestion would be to have a few better quality yoga mats for stretching and Pilates. Breakfast was very good, with plenty...

A peaceful luxurious stay with amazing amenities, 6 star service & and amazing dinner restaurant.

Just a phenomenal place to stay. Great breakfast options in the morning, friendly and helpful staff and the grounds were amazing to walk around. Perfect if you are looking to visit the neighboring villages in Tuscany

The hotel is set in a wonderful location and everyone working here is so kind. Our room overlooked Siena and the view was stunning. Our breakfast each morning was delicious as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. They have thought of everything- so comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable!

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Take time to eat the incredible breakfast in the garden, watch the breathtaking sunset in the back it’s incredible. Alessio- does it all he was...

The hotel was beautiful and memorable. The hotel had a remarkable staff. Everyone was very friendly and so very polite. Speaking to Francesca and Francisco was truly a wonderful experience. We hope to return someday. Thanks to everyone.

Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay!

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel while visiting Florence. So close to EVERYTHING! Clean, affordable. Just book it!

What a fantastic experience at Milu! To start, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and quiet, with the most amazing shower! We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio and found it to be a very satisfying way to start the day. The hotel maintained a relaxed feel while still being vibrant - colorful, modern art and design to enjoy while relaxing with a cup of tea from the open library. We would definitely stay again, thanks Milu for a great experience!

Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

GREAT front desk - AAAAA+++++

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Staff was incredible - 10 minute walk to everything. Highly recommend! Especially loved front desk crew and Robert in the restaurant.

This is a beautiful hotel just outside Florence. It is about 15-20 minutes from the main city of Florence but it is worth the drive if you looking for a peaceful relaxing quiet hotel. The grounds are fabulous and the restaurant on site is superb. The hotel is decorated in rich colors and beautiful furniture and has great historical items. The entry is what you would expect from a grand hotel yet very local. Check in was a breeze and they did a great job. We arrived late on a Friday evening after...
