Location was good, close to everything. Spacious and easy to access. Comfortable beds. Very safe place. Good communication. Something I would recommend improving is the wifi since the router is located in one of the bedrooms and does not provide good coverage in the living room are or the other room.

The property comfortably accommodated my family. It is located conveniently next to the Colosseum and numerous restaurants. The tour bus is also a walks away and easy to commute to the city center. The property has a washer and a hanging rack to hang dry your clothes. Checking in and getting the necessary information to get in the property is a little bit tricky if you don't have WHATSAPP. Luckily my wife has the app and we were able to get the information needed to get in the room.

I stayed five nights in this hotel in early May of 2023. 2 min. to Colosseo. Perfect location, clean and tidy settings. Even though it is marked as four star hotel, I would give five star. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms are very nice. Great value for the price. About a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum and there are plenty of cafes close to the hotel. Great soundproofing- I couldn't hear any noise from the street and just a little noise from the hall. I can't say enough about how nice the staff was. I was traveling throughout Italy and Malta and this was by far the best hotel I stayed in.

Andre was excellent in getting us checked in. Room was very clean and comfortable: bathroom was modern as well. Enough space to stretch but it was a bit smaller than I expected. 2 gay bars are conveniently located downstairs as are some simple shopping is within walking distance. All around an excellent experience.

The hotel had amazing finishing, art and historic preservation. I believe I saw that the building is on the historic register. The rooftop terraces are amazing. Great views, beautifully maintained - with garden and other decoration. A really peaceful spot up there. The owner /operator was friendly and helpful. We plan to go back next time we visit Rome.

Had a comfortable 4-night stay at the Arena Guesthouse. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and clean, and the location was excellent -- near monuments and restaurants, as well as a metro station.

Close to the colosseum and train terminal. There’s a market behind the block. Lots of restaurants and taxi nearby. Walking distance to most of the sites or you can take a taxi. Room on the 1st floor is comfortable and the AC works great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They will hold your luggages after checkout if your flight is later in the day.

This is a very small hotel. No need for anything else since it is only a couple blocks away from the Roman Coliseum. There are no services in the hotel. you will get your room and that is it. They only have staff at certain hours duirng the day, so if you are checking in late send them an email. They will respond immediately and their service is great. Happy to book with them again if I go back to Rome
