Hard to find enough beds AND baths, but this hit the spot - not to mention the full kitchen and dining area. We wanted to extend our stay one day just to relax at the cabin. It is a great location to Salida and Buena Vista (plus mountains around and Monarch Pass). We wanted to try this location during the winter."

"Stayed for a short visit and loved it! The location is great to use as a home base for side trips to Salida, Monarch Mountain or even destinations in the San Luis Valley. Comfortable, beautiful lodging and good for kids as well with the creek and little playground and sand box on the property."

"This property is in a great location. A few miles from Monarch for great skiing and plenty of trails for snowshoeing in the area. We also love the close proximity of Salida, our favorite mountain town. Beautiful accommodations and private hot tub cannot be beat!"

"Host was great and gave us all the information we needed ahead and close out. Loved that we could take our dog and they accommodated her! Hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. Clean and comfortable bed! Wish they had paper plates, bowls, basic seasonings like salt pepper and sugar but all in all it was wonderful!"
