Great brakfast. Pool is on the roof and has little space around but it is enough to refresh with great views."

The biggest value of this hotel are staff. They are extremely helpful, very motivated and speak excellent english. We were treated as special guests! The staff arranged various excursions, train tickets, and even took us to the train station. We would stay in this hotel the next time we visit Hanoi."
