"Stayed for a week for a getaway with my husband. The property is glorious, and the care taken by Gaia to set up reservations and give wise advice about things to do and see was wonderful. I was injured during my stay and Gaia and Alessandra were so helpful, rearranging reservations and plans, getting me a rental wheelchair; their kindness and generosity will not be forgotten and they helped make limoncello from lemons! The private pool area was very clean and relaxing after a day trip to Florence or Siena. Restaurants were plentiful and scenic. Hosts were very friendly and gracious. "Stayed 4 nights in October. Easy on/off highway. Although located close to the highways, background noise is very low and did not bother a light sleeper like me. Nice, clean rooms. Bed rather comfortable and loved the shower. Breakfast buffet nicely done with your daily choice of fresh pastries. Although outside Florence, there is a bus stopping right outside the drive way every 20 minutes. Bus ride takes 20 minutes. Closest stop about 10 minute walk to Vecchio bridge.
