"We had a nice stay in this hotel. It's a little far from both Osaka and Shin-Osaka train stations so we took a taxi to get to the latter as the trains can get very crowded and not fun to use when dragging a suitcase. The room was clean and comfortable. There's a washer/dryer but is suitable only for small loads and takes a long time to dry - but it did work well for our schedule."
