For this hotel, if you hang the Eco tag on the door, they will just change your towels and not tidy the room or make the bed. So, their room cleaning options are, DND don't come into my room at all, ECO just refresh my towels but don't clean the room, or standard which is clean and change everything. No option to clean the room and leave the towels and sheets. "

"We loved the location of Hotel Gracery Ginza. It was walking distance to some of the attractions we wanted to see and also close to the train station. Our room was clean but small - which is understandable. Hotel staff was very helpful."
