"What an amazing place They are focused on pampering you and they do quite the job I don’t think there’s anywhere in the world like this in terms of the property, those views and just the relaxing feel that you get by being there The people or what make it amazing because they’re so nice and informed One tip is that whole gondola trip is worth worthless. It’s quite beautiful in terms of the lake, but you’ll get bored if you’re with children. Not much to see except some smoking sulfur Fence and a pretty lake"

"Great location. Right in the heart of Ginza. Lots of luxury shopping near by & access to Ginza subway line station. 15 walk to Tokyo Central Train station. Rooms are very clean and spacious , comfortable bed & great rain shower. Opted one day for the all you can eat breakfast which had assortment of fresh baked goods, fruit, salad bar, freshly squeezed OJ, granola, greek yogurt & variety of cheeses. Can also order à la cart. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend. "
