"Overall, I found this hotel to be above average in terms of value for money. I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5. I stayed for a total of 6 nights. The hotel and room were generally clean but they cut corners when it is not obvious to the eye. The side loading washing machines could use a daily clean on the insides of the rubber gasket. The sink in the room had some pink mould. Not the hotel's fault but if you want a room that is less noisy from the random sports car or delivery trucks, request for a room away from the main road. I found that the hotel staff are generally trying their best and if you communicate politely and be patient, you get a better outcome."

"This hotel is convenient for its location which I appreciated. I also appreciated the self storage that was available for use after check out. However, the room I was given seemed to be looked over and attention to detail was not taken into account. Hair was left on the wall in the bathroom, the wall next to the dresser had fuzzy stuff on it, bathtub can be updated as this one had a permanent dirt line in the tub. Sheets did not smell clean and the towels were old and dingy. Carpet was pretty bad too. This was my fourth hotel I stayed in through out Tokyo and Kyoto and the only one that did not meet basic standards. "

"Room was big enough for two adults, staff was super nice to put the luggage in the room before arrival. Location is close enough to anywhere you want to go in Ginza / tsukiji, super convenient. "

"The room was tiny, but amenities are on point. Bathroom is equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, facial lotions and cleansers, a hairbrush, bath salt, towels, slippers and robe. Heated toilet seat."
