"Great breakfast with homemade omelets. Even the cook was friendly and joking with us. Rooms were clean, great comfortable bed. Shower was large and took shower without getting hair wet(a plus to me). Humidity controlled mirror helped to get us in and out fast. Overall excellent service. "

"The hotel was clean and easy to check in. The staff were all attentive and very nice. Parking was easy and secure. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. We got the shuttle after a very long flight. It was quick, and took us straight to the door. We did not use any other services or amenities, but we enjoyed our stay. "

"Everything was really nice and comfortable. If i had to pick one thing, there was a woman putting breakfast out, that said she'd been there for years, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, that was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful! I asked if the gravy had milk in it, and she walked back in the kitchen, and brought out the bag, and let me look at the ingredients. I watched to continue to help everyone out, without being asked. She was amazingly kind and caring. What a pleasant experience that was. I would stay at the Collinsville, IL Drury Inn again, just to have breakfast with her! Please, please tell her thank you, and let her know she made a difference!"
