"Do not stay at this property - we literally had carbon monoxide detectors go off, and found that the water heater was leaking gas into the apartment. We took pictures, videos. The venting hood of the water heater, which is INSIDE the apartment, had a bunch of holes in it, wasn't sealed in any way, just foil not covering the actual vent, and gas was pouring into the unit.
