"Can’t fault anything really we had a great stay staff friendly hotel was lovely great location easy access to all the shops the harbour and the main attractions of Bristol. The food was lovely so much choice to have the bedroom was lovely. Plenty of teas and coffees. Nice that you had a thermostat to turn up the heating. Bathroom was lovely. You had toiletries so that was a nice to have the only downside was going into the bathroom bit of a trip hazard we thought because both me and my husband both tripped apart from that excellent hotel would definitely come back again and would recommend it to friends and family"

Availability of car parking although a little tight going up the ramp in a large car, watch your wheels!"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. The Spa was superb, my husband and I had a couples massage. Best we have ever had. The thermal bath in the Spa was amazing as were all the Spa baths. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all the shops and attractions. Look no further book this hotel! "

"A great hotel in a great location. The room was amazing. If I'd been staying there on a two-week holiday it would still have been amazing: comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk and two chairs and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom facilities are fine, too. It was a really comfortable stay. We opted for the buffet breakfast, which was self-service and extensive, very fresh, and very good value. The staff are really helpful, checked us in and out with no fuss, called us a cab in the evening, and informed us about what we needed to do to activate the free parking that comes with a stay here - free parking (in the Cabot Circus car park a few minutes away) is a brilliant bonus. I highly recommend Future Inn."
