"This was like staying with friends for a smart weekend in the country. Ann gave us a guided tour, and later showed me round her hi-tech greenhouse when I expressed an interest. The house and garden are fabulous, our room was huge and elegant with a big comfortable bed and a walk-in rainfall shower. "Carol and Ceri looked after us very well, beginning with their greeting us at the front door on our arrival. The bed was comfortable and all room facilities excellent (lovely soft towels), except that the bedside lights are not bright enough for old eyes to read by. Breakfasts, prepared by Ceri, were top class; we really looked forward to coming downstairs each morning at 8.30. It was good to be made to feel part of the family, especially as we were able to chat to other guests at the breakfast...
