"We were very happy with the Zocalo Central Hotel. The staff was great, friendly, and professional. We liked that they had bottled water that was easy to get whenever we needed it. The included Caffe was a great option for snacks and quick meals. The included breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant has the greatest views of the Zocalo Center and Cathedral. We will definitely choose this hotel again soon."

"This is a really special hotel. It’s beautiful and the service is excellent. I stayed with my husband, three year old son, and my parents and everyone loved it. The pool is really lovely and peaceful, and the whole experience feels like a real respite from the exciting chaos of the city. Everyone was so kind and helpful, particularly to my son, making the stay extra special. Additionally, they went above and beyond when I accidentally left our passports in the safe when we went to the airport 😩. They brought them to the airport for us just in the nick of time to make our flight! I am so grateful!"

The inclusion of the items offered at the cafe as part of your stay are delicious! All of the staff was exceptional and deserve a thank you also. The location of the hotel is great if you want to visit a lot of the historical spots in the city. Be aware that you will definitely walk a lot because the traffic is CDMX is horrible, but you can walk to most places in downtown. Uber would be the choice of transportation of you want to go out of the area. I highly recommend this hotel. "
