Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. "Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "
