The staff were friendly and helpful and quickly resolved a small issue I had so that was reassuring. There is a very well priced cafe attached, full english for £10, bargain. Large room with small kitchenette, plenty of room with a microwave and small fridge. Buses go to Wembley from 100m down the road. The room was not carpetted and thats a shame as it makes it feel warmer. But it was clean and tidy and spacious, no real complaints, I had everything I needed. I"
