"Rooms finish before they start. They switch off the air cons in night time and make customers swelter in hot weather. They say it’s climate emergency. Breakfast buffet is absolutely horrible. No variety at all. Better off to eat off street. People pull long faces. Nobody smiles at this hotel. Staff is so aloof that they get angry that somebody has come to their hotel. Rooms are so small that they don’t even have a chair and a desk to sit. One of the worse hotels I have stayed."

"Horrible and terrible There was bed bug on the room and beds and I reported to staff and manager, but they asked to find and bring to them 😂, even the employee asked me do you have pictures of that ? I showed them my feet that bit with that but manager went to the room and look for bedbug and then they said he didn’t find any , are they crazy??!! Horrible Never ever go there"

"Lovely spot looking over the lake. If you take the bus to Casino, you'll have to carry your luggage up the hill a bit (which is why you get the nice view). No air conditioning though - it was got when we were here."

"طاقم العمل جداً متعاون ولطيف تم توفير تذكرة الباص مجاناً مدة الاقامة الغرف نظيفة ولاكن مساحة الغرفة جداً صغيرة وسط مدينة لوسيرن قريب من الفندق تستطيع الذهاب له مشياً تقريباً 10 الى 15 دقيقة مشياً ولاكن مع تذكرة الباص اسهل ولا تريد المشي او استخدام السياره شكراً لتعامل طاقم الاستقبال الراقي جداً"
