"staff cant speak english well but still helpful"

"Very central, although on a busy Main Street there was no noise heard from the room. Room was an adequate size, larger than some stayed in Japan previously. There was a good use of space. Washer dryer was the main reason we booked this hotel - great. Handy to have it in the room. Breakfast had plenty of options, mostly fish or meat. A few select vegetarian options."

"Solid, well maintained hotel. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Location was great. Would and have already returned."

"Great pr operty in an excellent location-amenities, staff and rooms all fabulous-my only bugbear to s the parking-T is a with a 3rd party operator and is supposed to be 200yen is using a ticket from the hotel-we parked at 1,35 and I specifically asked whether that was going to be ok and r whether we were going to get charged for 2 days and was told that was ok it would count as 1 day-I queried this a number for f times-sure enough we were charged for 2 days…."

"Good hotel location. Easy access to transport, food, cafes and Lawsons! Will stay here again! Respect Mike"

"Excellent all-round. The location is great -- very close to the airport and to Hakata Station. Rooms are small but larger than in APA hotels in Tokyo. The staff in the restaurant where the breakfast is served were particularly friendly and helpful."

"This hotel was ok. It’s actually a nice hotel and the room itself was nice but it was extremely small and there are almost no amenities that other hotels have. The rooms are so small there is barely walking space. If you are alone or maybe a couple it would be fine but if there are more than two people forget it and we got the three bed room so I can only imagine how small a one bed or two bed room is. Also, there is no coffee provided not in the room nor in the hotel unless you pay for the...

"This is an excellent hotel that we just picked by shear good luck. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is fantastic, rooms are clean with fresh water in the fridge everyday. Hotel staff very friendly & spoke basic English which helped for us. Location is great as well, right next to Canal City shopping & food and a short walk to Hakata station which is a major hub making travel anywhere easy. Neighborhood very safe as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fukuoka!"
