"Booked a superior room. Was given a basic room. Woman checking me in said there were only two rooms left when I booked in. One room with a twin and one with a double. So clearly they over booked and put me in a basic room. She had difficulty with English so I didn’t bother going back to her after we were in the room. I talked to the man at the front desk the next morning and asked to be refunded the difference between the superior room and the basic. He refused. I showed him pics of the room...

"What a wonderful villa. Perfect for our holiday. Amazing views and a gorgeous heated pool set in decadent gardens. Villa is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The best nights sleep I have had away from home. Pillows and mattress divine. Michael is a gem of a host, always available to help but incredibly discreet and we enjoyed our chats with him.
