"The only thing that I didnt like was the fan in the room was on full. I had to ask for it to be turned downa couple of times. Staff at the front desk and dining room were pleasant and helpful "

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "

"Really comfortable overnight stay in a beautiful looking room, with great facilities. Very conveniently located, only a few minutes from Liverpool Lime Street station. Breakfast will really tasty too. Would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Great location, modern hotel, rooms clean , beds very uncomfortable . Breakfast very good. Would not stay again only due to beds being very very soft and didn’t sleep well at all, which was real shame as lovely hotel. Did ask to move to another room but was told the beds are the same in all the rooms! Would recommend Resturant and have breakfast/dinner on future visit. "
